Four major mistakes in the use of asbestos-free gaskets
Expensive gaskets are not necessarily suitable. In particular, non-asbestos gaskets, non-asbestos gaskets are made of inorganic fibers or organic fibers mixed with rubber. Different fibers are mixed with different rubbers, and the application situation is very different. For example: aramid fiber and nitrile rubber mixed gasket is more general, than plant fiber and animal glue mixed into the plant fiber gasket price is expensive, but in specific conditions, such as: speed reducer, gear box and other temperature is not high, the pressure is not big, lubricating grease working conditions, the use of plant fiber gasket is economical and affordable. There is no need to choose aramid fiber nitrile rubber without asbestos board. Secondly, asbestos-free gaskets are collectively referred to as, cork rubber gaskets and expanded PTFE gaskets can be said to be asbestos-free gaskets, but the prices of the two are very different, so professional gasket manufacturers will recommend the most cost-effective and appropriate solutions according to different applications and working conditions of customers.

Category and Performance of Sealing Rubber Strip for Aluminum Alloy Doors and Windows
Aluminum alloy door and window sealing strip plays a role of waterproof, sealing, energy saving, sound insulation and dustproof in various types of doors and windows. Usually have good tensile strength, good elasticity. There are better weather resistance, expansion of aging. In order to ensure the fastening of the sealing strip and the profile, the cross-sectional structure size of the sealing strip must be matched with the plastic steel door and window profile.
