1, the choice of expensive asbestos-free gasket is certainly right?

2. Imported asbestos-free gaskets must be expensive?
Imported non-asbestos gaskets, especially international brands such as: American Interface, Spain BELPA, Germany VICTOR REINZ and other gaskets in general, is more expensive than those domestic asbestos gaskets, non-asbestos gaskets. However, the production of imported non-asbestos gaskets has a long history of technical precipitation, advanced production technology and systematic sealing solutions, so we cannot hear that the price is expensive when we import them. We should understand the application conditions of our products clearly, and then choose the appropriate non-asbestos gaskets with high cost performance according to the working conditions. Imported non-asbestos gasket can not only improve the stability of the product, but also extend the life of the product, reduce the number of maintenance, the same price to see the quality, the same quality to see the price, so in a comprehensive view is the import of non-asbestos gasket is cheaper.
3. As long as the oil-resistant gasket is good, there are no other requirements?
Many devices need gaskets. Most people say as soon as they come up that we need oil-resistant gaskets. Other devices do not require gaskets, as long as they are oil-resistant. This statement really makes people laugh and cry, but they do not know that there are many kinds of "oil", such as butter, lubricating oil, engine oil, gasoline, diesel, transformer oil, tar, mineral oil, hydraulic oil, wood oil, etc. Hydraulic oil (mineral), hydraulic oil (titanic acid), hydraulic oil (glycol), etc. Different oils require different gaskets to seal. 4. After the non-asbestos gasket has been used, there is no defect in its appearance. Can we install it and continue to use it?
Some customers told me that I just want to find a gasket that can be reused. I'm sorry, I'm sure I'll disappoint you. The use of gaskets is generally one-time, and professional gasket manufacturers do not recommend secondary use. In view of the compression rebound performance of gaskets, elastomers will creep and stress relaxation under long-term compression, and the disassembled gaskets no longer have the initial sealing performance; moreover, the used asbestos-free gasket has been contaminated by the medium, and the re-use will definitely cause environmental pollution and may leak. Therefore, the non-asbestos gasket is equivalent to a consumable, not a reusable product, but after the non-asbestos gasket is installed, it will not need to be replaced unless there is leakage or product maintenance.
