The sealing product is uniquely designed with ultra-low hardness and high elasticity cork rubber on the metal sheet. The compressibility and high elasticity of cork rubber are combined with the high strength of steel plate, which solves the defects of cork rubber such as "low hardness but not high strength", poor torque retention, easy extrusion, and no short-term secondary reuse.

Use temperature range:-30 ℃ ~ 125 ℃, product thickness: O.5 ~ 3.0, suitable for medium and low pressure sealing, outstanding cost performance.

Product thickness: 0.20 ~ O.35mm, suitable for rigid flange, high fastening force, finishing sealing surface seal.

The working temperature of the material is 50 ℃ ~ 180 ℃, and the intermittent use temperature is 220 ℃. It has excellent properties such as high elasticity, high strength, oil resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance, and high compressive strength.
