Development process
From 1987 to 2017, Hailong people wrote "Hailong Seal" gloriously into the annals of the sealing industry with dedication and innovation. In the course of these 30 years, we have witnessed the ship of "Sea Dragon Seal" sailing to the other side of the ideal.
In January 1987, Zhu Qingtian, Zhu Zhenpeng, Nancy Jie and Dong Yu rented seven tile houses in Feng Town, Ganxian County, an ancient town on the ancient Silk Road in Weibei, Guanzhong. They set up Yangyu Sealing Material Factory in Ganxian County with a 12-inch glue mixing machine and a 25-ton flat vulcanizer and began to sharpen the sword of "Hailong Seal. Zhu Qingtian is the legal representative and the factory director.
Relocation
In 1988, the "cork rubber seal" project of Ganxian Yangyu Sealing Material Factory won the National Spark Plan Award. The Shaanxi Provincial Regional Investigation Team found that the project had a good market prospect through investigation. It invested 100000 yuan to cooperate with Ganxian Yangyu Sealing Material Factory, and the original factory was renamed Ganxian Sealing Material Factory of Shaanxi Province.
In December 1989, due to the needs of production and operation, Shaanxi Ganxian Sealing Material Factory rented a residential building and a workshop of Ganxian glazed tile factory, and embarked on the process of "Hailong Sealing.

In 1991, after investigation and investigation by the Ganxian Science and Technology Commission, it was believed that the Ganxian Sealing Material Factory in Shaanxi Province was in good operating condition and had a broad market prospect. In March of the same year, the plant was transferred to the Ganxian Science and Technology Commission as a whole and changed its name to Ganxian Cork Rubber Factory.
In 1992, the cork rubber project was listed as a major science and technology project in Shaanxi Province, with an investment of 2.7 million yuan to build a factory in Qianxian Industrial Park. In July of the same year, it moved to the new factory area, and Qianxian cork rubber factory was transformed into a state-owned enterprise. Wang Shaoru is the factory director, Kang Shizhong is the deputy factory director, and Zhu Haifeng, the current general manager of Hailong Company, is the technical section chief.
● In November 1992, Li Zhiyan was appointed factory director, Zhu Haifeng was appointed assistant factory director, and Zhu Haifeng was appointed deputy factory director in November 1994.
● From June 12, 1995 to January 1996, Zhu Haifeng presided over the cork rubber factory.
● In January 1996, Qi Xinfeng was appointed factory director, Xu Xiaopeng was appointed deputy factory director, and Zhu Haifeng was appointed deputy factory director.
● In December 1996, due to system problems, the operation and management of Qianxian Cork Rubber Factory was in trouble.
Second venture
On January 9, 1997, Zhu Qingtian, former founder of Hailong Seal, and Zhu Haifeng, then deputy director of Qianxian Cork Rubber Factory, led six employees to rent seven houses in 165000 yuan at the foot of Qingliang Mountain and in front of Tiefo Temple, purchased a glue mixing machine and two vulcanizing machines, formed Xianyang Hailong Composite Material Co., Ltd., and started the second venture of "Hailong Seal.
Start a business again
On January 9, 2017, after 30 years of wind and rain, Hailong Seal entered its first year of life, inspiring every Hailong person to be humble, prudent, down-to-earth, and once again ready to ride the wind and waves to set foot on the other side of Hailong Dream with the goal of "setting foot on the other side of Hailong Dream at the age of 30.
●Now Hailong Seal has 3 factories, covering an area of 48000 square meters, high-end testing equipment, and a stable workforce. Tiefo factory is the manufacturing base of Hailong Company mainly engaged in cork rubber series products. Located at the foot of the Qingliang Mountain and in front of the Tiefo Temple, the world-renowned Qianling Scenic Area, the West Linfu-Yin Expressway, the traffic, natural and cultural environment is superior, and the garden-style factory area has a pleasant scenery.
●In 2002, Hailong Company initially completed the original accumulation of capital, and the area and construction of the factory were doubled on the original basis. In the same year, it was awarded a private technology enterprise by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
●The factory covers an area of more than 4900 square meters and a construction area of 2600 square meters. It has a complete cork rubber process layout, sophisticated production equipment, advanced testing methods, and is an industry leader.
The Tiefo Factory of Hailong Company is the base for the second venture of Hailong people. Here, Hailong people have initially completed the original accumulation, making Hailong seal enter the expansion stage.

Yangyu Factory
◎ In 2004, Hailong Company acquired Yangyu Middle School, covering an area of more than 40000 square meters, and built two production lines for metal composite sealing plates and metal cork rubber composite sealing plates, as well as a special rubber seal production workshop, realizing the company's first expansion, and the enterprise's tax payment jumped into the top ten in Qianxian County.
Yangyu Center Factory is the main production base in the growth of Hailong Company with cutting-edge technology positioning and high-end market positioning. Metal skeleton foam rubber composite sealing plate series products and metal cork rubber composite sealing plate series products make Hailong company step into the manufacturing field of high technology content, high production efficiency and green environmental protection. It is the two leading products of Hailong company. With high technology content and good performance, it goes abroad and is sold to the United States, the European Union, Japan and South Korea. The factory covers an area of more than 40000 square meters, with a construction area of more than 16000 square meters. The factory has a beautiful environment, green cypresses, green grass, birds and flowers. It is adjacent to 312 National Highway and Xiyin High-speed Railway in the west, and Xiping Railway and Fuyin Expressway in the east. The transportation is very convenient.
Gan County Factory
◎In July 2006, Hailong Company acquired Qianxian Cork Rubber Factory and invested in 20 million to build a special rubber seal production line and sealing gasket production line with independent intellectual property rights, which realized the company's expansion again.
Ganxian Factory is the base for Hailong Company to manufacture special rubber sealing parts and gaskets. The factory is located at the foot of the well-known Ganling at home and abroad, No.92 Ganxian Industrial Park on the Bank of Desert Valley River, with 312 National Highway and Fuyin Expressway in the north and Xiping Railway and Xiyin High-speed Railway Station in the south. It covers an area of more than 13000 square meters, with a construction area of more than 9000 square meters, and an annual manufacturing capacity of more than 1000 million pieces.

Hailong Sealing Research Institute
Hailong Sealing Research Institute is a product research and development institution of Hailong Sealing. There are 59 researchers, including 5 professors, 9 senior engineers, 13 engineers, 5 technicians, 7 senior workers and 20 intermediate workers. With a total investment of about 9 million yuan, it has a first-class professional laboratory and pilot workshop in China, mainly engaged in: research on new sealing materials; Research on sealing mechanism; Research and design of sealing structure; Application research of sealing products; Performance test of sealing products; To provide technical support for the actual production and manufacturing of sealing products of Hailong Company, it was awarded the research and development center of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shaanxi Province by Shaanxi Province SME Promotion Bureau in 2009.
