Double sealed aluminum partition hollow glass, the first seal (inner layer) is sealed with butyl rubber, butyl rubber permeability is very low, with good sealing performance. The second seal (outer layer) is generally sealed with polysulfide adhesive. Polysulfide adhesive has controllable curing speed, good bonding force, low water vapor transmission rate, excellent structural strength and aging resistance. Hollow glass is used for aluminum alloy doors and windows with hidden frame, and the second seal needs to be sealed with silicone structural sealant. The aluminum partition bar effectively supports and evenly separates two pieces of glass, and the aluminum partition bar is filled with molecular sieve desiccant to form a sealed space for drying gas between the glass layers.
Environmental requirements for the production of double-channel sealed aluminum insulating glass:
(1) Indoor temperature 15 ℃ ~ 30 ℃;
(2) Indoor relative humidity below 50% RH;
(3) indoor ventilation, clean, dust-free.
Before the use of sealant should be in accordance with the relevant national standards, its sag, viscosity, extrusion, compatibility, surface drying time, curing time, etc. for sampling inspection, qualified rear can be used; before production should be on the sealant, aluminum partition, glass adhesion test.
